Access to the OSPD Forum

Access to the topics of the Forum is granted exclusively to authorized users of the Integrated System of Practical Courts (IPCC).

The Forum is a space for cooperation and knowledge exchange between the users of the system, where issues related to the operation of the OSDD, the project procedures, as well as best practices for the use of the services provided are discussed.

New Feature: Receipt of Draft Minutes of the Political Table through Artificial Intelligence

OSPD Portal — Available for Secretaries of Political Lists

The Integrated Court Practice System (IPSS) has incorporated a new function for receiving draft cases of Civil Dockets via Artificial Intelligence, available through portal2.ospd.gr.

The function allows secretaries to draw draft minutes for any case of a meeting, within 24 hours of its end.

⚠️ IMPORTANT

Draft minutes are automatically generated by an AI system without human editing. Careful reading and verification are required before any use. They do not replace the edited texts of the derecording department.

How to use the feature

  1. Open your browser (Chrome or Firefox) and navigate to portal2.ospd.gr.
  2. Select the "Judges" field and enter your credentials (the same as all UCD services).
  3. From the main page, select "Search draft minutes".
  4. Fill in the date range of the meetings you are interested in and click "Search".
  5. The results with the assumptions in the table are displayed. Press the download button (right) to download the draft minutes.
  6. The file is saved in your computer's downloads in RTF format.
Note: The feature is exclusive to Political Tables. Use draft minutes as a first reference rather than a final official document.
